The firm
We practise in litigation, acting for clients in civil proceedings before the courts of Sarawak. The firm is small by design at this stage: matters are conducted by the principal rather than passed down, and the firm takes on work it can properly attend to.
Sarawak has its own legal jurisdiction. Advocates here are admitted under the Advocates Ordinance and regulated by the Advocates Association of Sarawak, separately from the Bar in peninsular Malaysia.
